AHM Staff

Scott Engelman - is Executive Director of Awakened Heart Ministries.  Scott studied New Testament at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he received a Master's degree in Theology (Th.M.). He also studied counseling and trained as a therapist under Dr. Larry Crabb and Dr. Dan Allender at Colorado Christian University, where he received a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling (MABC). Scott has also completed advanced training with the Imago Relationship Institute and was given full certification as an Imago Relationship Therapist (CIRT). Scott has served several churches as a pastor for 18 years, the Director of Grace Counseling Center in Detroit, Michigan for 12 years, and has been serving as the Executive Director of AHM since 2008. Scott regularly conducts couples retreats, as well as, men's conferences/retreats throughout the country. He has been married to his wife Joy for over 30 years, and they have four adult children.

Randy Arwine - is Director of Community and Discipleship and is a relationship mentor who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Triune Biblical University.  Over the last ten years Randy has worked primarily with men, focusing on their relationship with God, their wives, and their children.  He has led weekly Men's Growth/Small Groups and assists with AHM's Men's Story Weekends and couples' Marriage Weekends.  Randy has been married to his wife Kathy for 29 years and has two adult children.  In working with people, Randy views himself as a relationship mentor and spiritual life coach who helps people see their place in God's larger story, as well as, what is taking place in their hearts that is preventing them (issues from past and present relationships) from more fully entering into and enjoying that place God has designed for them.

Mark Jackson - is the founder of Awakened Heart Ministries and its current Vice President.  Mark's passion is to help men win back their hearts for their wives and children.  Mark has been leading men's groups for over 15 years and is at the center of the M3 movement.  He is a true shepherd and "father to the fatherless."  Mark makes his living as the Director of the Golf Division of Davey Tree Co.  He and his lovely wife Linda, are celebrating 34 years of marriage.  They have three adult children, 2 grandchildren and 2 more on the way.

Blake Crawford - is the Director of Awakened Heart Ministries Southern Command in Naples, Florida.  Blake is the Owner of Crawford Landscaping, one of southwest Florida's premier landscape companies, and President of The Crawford Group, a Naples-based holding and investment company.  In 1996, Blake attended the first ever Story Weekend with Scott and Mark, and he has been involved with the ministry ever since.  Blake has a shepherd's heart that desires to reach men and couples, and see them become more fully connected to God, their own hearts, and to one another.  Blake, his wife of 16 years, Tara, and their three children have resided in Naples, Florida since 2004.
